#thatlondon Tweetups are gatherings of people who live and work in the North of England, but regularly (or occasionally) have to go to That London to enlighten the poor souls who live there.

They are flexible events, likely to take place whenever two or more Northern Missionaries come together in the capital. The venue is also flexible, but a hostelry within striking distance of Kings Cross, St. Pancras or Euston stations is favourite.

One of the aims of the Group is to raise finance to open an exclusive members' club in the capital where members can relax, drink ale, eat pies and scratchings, play shove ha'penny, and house their whippets and racing pigeons.

#thatlondon Tweetups are also open to a small number of London-based special guests who are invited to join in and benefit from the collective wisdom of the missionaries. This is an exclusive ticket, and we expect there to be a long waiting list for this prestigious invite.
